Lądek-Zdrój is... more than a spa town.
It’s the secret gem of the Sudetes.
This is one of those places that doesn’t need publicity. Instead of neon lights — mist rising over the valley. Instead of crowds — the rustling of leaves and a charming Park Zdrojowy. Lądek-Zdrój reveals itself to those who seek more than a tourist attraction — a moment of silence, depth, and a sense of true wonder.

Zdrój Wojciech

Wojciech Spring is the most beautiful and representative spa facility in Lądek-Zdrój, inspired by Turkish baths and Roman thermae. In the marble pool under the dome, you can bathe in healing sulphide-fluoride water at a temperature of around 29–30°C. This water has anti-inflammatory, relaxing, and detoxifying effects.
Wojciech is a gem of Neo-Baroque architecture and at the same time the oldest natural treatment facility in Poland. Entering this round, domed building from the 19th century takes you back in time and lets you feel the atmosphere of the old spa elites. It’s the perfect place to slow down, take care of yourself, and breathe deeply in the mountain surroundings.

Market Square

Lądek’s market square enchants with its intimate scale and the atmosphere of a small Lower Silesian town with a soul. It is surrounded by colorful arcaded townhouses, a Renaissance town hall, and a fountain with a 17th-century Holy Trinity statue — one of the most valuable Baroque sculptures in the region. It’s a place where history intertwines with everyday life — ideal for a morning coffee, a stroll, or an evening photo at sunset.
The Old Town is an excellent starting point for further sightseeing, and as you wander through its cobbled streets, you can feel the authentic atmosphere of Lądek.

At its summit awaits a modern viewing platform offering panoramic views over the Biała Lądecka Valley, the Śnieżnik Massif, and the Golden Mountains. It’s the perfect destination for a short trip — the ascent takes less than an hour, but the impressions last long.
Trojak is just the beginning — from here you can easily continue to Borówkowa, Black Cliff, or through Lądek Pass to the Czech side. The mountains around the town are wild, accessible, and beautiful at any time of year.

Radochowska Cave

Radochowska Cave is one of the largest and most fascinating caves in the Sudetes. Hidden in the slope of Mount Bzowiec, it offers access to unique underground corridors, natural chambers, and rock crevices that can be explored with a flashlight and a guide. The raw interior, silence, and twilight create the atmosphere of a real adventure, especially for lovers of wild nature and geology.
The cave is home to a unique resident — an endemic, blind species resembling a tiny shrimp — Niphargus tatrensis. This species occurs only in this one place in the world. It’s living proof of the cave’s unique conditions and a real treat for biologists.
